How do media shape the way we see the world? And how can we tell fact from fiction in the flood of online information? These were some of the questions explored during Media Literacy Day, held on October 3, 2025, at the Adult Education Institution Dante in Rijeka as part of Croatia’s national Lifelong Learning Week.

Participants from different backgrounds joined in interactive activities and lively discussions about the influence of media on everyday life, the spread of misinformation, and the importance of critical thinking in the digital age.
The highlight of the day was the collaborative quiz “Quest for Clarity”, which challenged participants to spot misleading content and reflect on how easily false information spreads. The quiz inspired curiosity, laughter, and meaningful dialogue — showing that learning about media literacy can be both insightful and engaging.
The event reflected the ongoing commitment of the Think Twice consortium to promoting media literacy, digital awareness, and critical engagement with information across Europe.
