While implementing different activities in higher education and vocational training sectors the rich experience, knowledge and skills were accumulated in the field of ICT enhanced training, distance education methodology, learning technologies, multimedia production, development of web applications, etc.

During the last 7 years, Odyssea worked closely with other organizations in the refugee field and supported almost 1,900 refugees and asylum seekers (42% of Odyssea’s total beneficiaries). Also, 65% of the total number of the beneficiaries are between 17-34 years old. Consistent data monitoring (Odyssea Platform), national and international survey consulting, and close communication with the beneficiaries and other stakeholders allow for a clear and multi-level assessment of the needs and best practices that need to be met.

The School Inspectorate of Tmis County permanently improves the services offered, by:
– continuously evaluating the school inspectors’ activity,
– consulting all the actors involved in education (teachers, pupils, parents, the local community) regarding the approaches used to increase the quality of the educational services,
– communicating efficiently and systematically with the representatives of the teachers, pupils, parents and the local communities to get the relevant information that is connected to education and the school institutions,
– joining partnerships and collaborating with similar structures in Romania and abroad, with NGO’s, with representatives of the national, regional and local authorities,
– continuously comparing the results of the activity of the School Inspectorate with the ones of similar institutions across Europe,
– supporting and encouraging the staff to take part in the Erasmus+ programme and cross-border programmes (Interreg Romania – Hungary, Interreg Romania – Serbia).

7. to be, at the level of the Timis county, the management authority for the National School Dropout Prevention Program, financed by the European Union through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan in the period 2021 – 2027.

The team of inspectors is supported by competent administrative department team of accountants, auditors and lawyers who use with responsibility and professionalism both investment budgets obtained from Ministry of Education, World Bank and EU funds as Erasmus+, ESF, Cross-Border Interreg Romania – Serbia and Romania – Hungary.

Cavan, our community training team work with many local and regional groups, using creative approaches and digital resources to support greater social cohesion among local communities in the Northwest. We have a developed network of stakeholders who support our work on a thematic basis. In addition to training, we also host a series of events, seminars, and workshops throughout the year. Our training centre in the heart of Virginia comprises training, meeting and seminar spaces with fully integrated IT and canteen facilities; making it a perfect place for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, client consultations, and training workshops.
